Like (Pho)reals, grab a (Tay)ble here and (Do) order the BBH!
I've probably frequented Pho Tay Do more than 15+ times and their BBH is the most satisfying thing ever. The portions are huge, the noodles are slurpalicious, and the soup has the perfect level of spice/flavor. Tasted their pho recently and even that is better than average!
Pro tip: order a large to go, enough to make 2 small servings :) -

Wow. Honestly don't know why people would even recommend this place or say it's better than duc chung... I mean duc Chuong here in Dallas isn't as good as Houston, but it's definitely better than here.
Not sure if it happened to be the day I went with my husband or what, but the bun bo hue sucked. It was very bland and lacking in flavor. Came only once and that was good enough for us to never come back. -

Come here for the Bun Bo Hue!! I can't speak for any other dish that they have, but their main specialty is BBH. It's a very small space, and usually pretty full on the weekends with who I'm guessing are regulars. Pho Tay Do is located in the same area as LA Burger, and is the epitome of a hole in the wall restaurant. The lot is small and unassuming, but parking isn't ever an issue for me. This is the next best thing to having someone's grandma make BBH for me, so come here when you don't have a Vietnamese grandma on call!! It comes in two sizes- regular and large. I always get the regular, and it's very filling

After eating here a few times, I can recommend it. The staff is friendly and the food comes out fast. I like the way they make their iced coffee. Plenty of parking and they are usually not too busy, at least the times I've gone here.

Best bun bo hue in North Texas hands down.
My family has been coming here for years and Tay Do never disappoints. My parents grew up in Vietnam, and they know this is the most authentic place around. I'm actually not sure why they called the restaurant "Pho Tay Do," it should be named "Bun Bo Hue Tay Do" after this signature dish. Seriously, the last time we came here, my dad only ordered (in Vietnamese) "2 regulars and 1 large, no pig feet" and the server knew exactly what we wanted.
Delicious food, efficient service, and reasonable prices. We've made it a tradition to stop by every time we're returning from the DFW airport. If this place ever closes, I'll cry. I don't know how much more insistent I can be -- if you're still somehow reading this review, run, don't walk over!
